RapidTheoryWorks designs and builds fast, resilient websites and product interfaces for teams that don't have the runway to rebuild twice — a small studio, direct communication, digital work made to last.
We don't hand you off between departments. The person who scopes your project is the person who reviews the pull request. Here's the full range of what we cover.
Before a line of code gets written, we work out what the site actually needs to say and to whom — positioning, voice, and a structure that a developer can build without guessing.
Learn moreWireframes, prototypes, and a design system your team can keep extending after we hand it over — built in components, not one-off screens that fall apart at edge cases.
Learn moreTechnical SEO baked into the build — clean markup, sensible page speed, Core Web Vitals that actually pass — plus the on-page structure search engines need to understand you.
Learn moreWe write and structure the copy, docs, and blog architecture as part of the build itself, so content isn't bolted on afterwards by someone who never saw the sitemap.
Learn moreLanding pages built specifically for paid traffic — fast-loading, properly tagged, and wired into your tracking stack so every euro spent is actually measurable.
Learn moreAnalytics implementation, dashboards, and a short list of experiments worth running — so decisions after launch are based on what visitors do, not on guesswork.
Learn moreEvery tier is a fixed-scope build. No hidden retainers unless you want ongoing work — that's what Summit is for. Prices shown in EUR, excl. VAT.
A single, sharp landing page to test an offer or replace a placeholder site fast.
A proper multi-page site for a small business or studio ready to look the part.
Full product-grade build — custom UI system, integrations, and a site that scales with you.
An ongoing growth partnership — for teams that want us thinking about the site every month.
RapidTheoryWorks started in Gällivare in 2019, in a town that spends a fair amount of its energy thinking about foundations — literally. The iron ore mine underneath the old town centre has been growing for over a century, and the ground it sits on is being relocated, building by building, a few kilometres east. You get used to thinking hard about what's worth building to last and what's worth building fast.
We apply the same logic to websites. A landing page for a campaign doesn't need the same foundation as a product a company will run on for five years — and pretending otherwise wastes everyone's budget. Our first question on any project is what this thing actually needs to survive.
The studio has stayed small on purpose. Every project is handled by the same two or three people from first call to final deploy, which means fewer handoffs, fewer misunderstandings, and a team that actually remembers why a decision was made three weeks in.
We work with clients across the Nordics and further south in Europe, almost entirely remote — which suits a town where the nearest major airport is ninety minutes north and the sun doesn't set at all for six weeks a year. Distance has never really been the obstacle people assume it is.
Illustrative feedback written to show the kind of working relationship we aim for — swap in your own client quotes here once the first projects ship.
They scoped the project properly before touching any code, which meant we didn't have to redo the sitemap halfway through. Communication was direct the whole way.
We'd been burned by an agency that disappeared after launch. RapidTheoryWorks stuck around through the first month of real traffic and fixed what needed fixing.
The design system they handed over is something our own team can actually extend. That mattered more to us than a flashier one-off homepage.
Fast turnaround on the Blueprint package let us test an offer before committing budget to the full build. We upgraded to Bedrock two months later.

Send us the short version — what you're building, roughly when you need it, and what "done" looks like. We reply within one business day, always from a person, never a form-bot.
